Why Whistling Can Open Your Happy Mood

How does it sound to you? Why using the bird's song can open our happy mood? Why not?
We produce sounds since we were born, but whistling is some kind music re-creation, that insists full mind and body concentration. Naturally gifted with a 'musical instrument', but not in use. When we are little children, we all study how to talk or sing in early stages, but whistling is one of the next levels of brain development, where is necessary to do more activities at the same time. Some people can't sing but can whistle.
What should we do, to whistle? Shape our lips in O-form, blow the air and control the sounds producing, to compose a melody.
How simple? So, what happens in our body and brain with these three activities at the same time?
First, we open and shape our mouth for whistling, like an exercise for lips, which changes 23 muscle's conditions and keeps them in tension. Exactly this unusual form of the mouth causes relaxation when we release the lips. Every muscle, that exerts continuously in our body, then naturally release the tension and stress. When this happens in our head, which is the main place of all main neurobiological activities, our mind gets calmer and joyful.

The next step of this pleasurable activity is blowing the air. To blow continuously, we should breathe in and out more air in a deliberate manner. Isn't it like a breathing practice, is it? What more we can do? Just to relax and open our happy mood. With all this gentle wind, passing and ventilating inside of our head, we can change the condition of the brain and mind. How is this possible? Because of the streaming air ventilation within, the blood circulation becomes faster and faster, and this stimulates many biochemical processes of the pituitary and pineal glands. All functions of (serotonin, endorphin, dopamine) hormone secretion are improved and open our good mood.
Let our music sounds -where the simple formula has been proven by British scientist Thomas Cammora, which says: S( serotonin levels)= P ( sound intensity) + POS ( positive attitude) + T
( tone, tonality) + BPM ( tempo) + I (pleasant associations).

In this way, we can consciously regulate serotonin levels - hormones of happiness, just if can we whistle our favorite music. Try and don't give up! The process of music re-creation makes us nicer because our body produce sounds during this simple activity. What kind of sounds are they? What we choose, to fulfill our energetic body system. Most of us know the healing effect of music and the widespread usage of Music-therapy for different medical purposes.

In our case the old proverb "Who sings (whistle), doesn't evil thinks" is true. If our mind focuses on music listening and performance, our brain immediately forgets the unpleasant conditions aroused from negative feelings and gets the next level of good mood. This makes us not only happier, also cleverer with a better temper. Recently, it is proven the positive influence of classical music on our intelligence and sense of humor, which are the main ways to happiness. The more intelligent we are, the happier we become. So, it depends on us, what we choose to feel - to eliminate the old habits of mind state to be angry, fearful, frustrated, etc.
Where and when? Whistle all the time, if you can!
To reach the permanent happy mood is possible, it is the next level of human evolution, which we can decide to make.
